A Message From Our
Founder

Starting Lawsanaid was a significant achievement in 2022. It began with a desire to assist law students with disabilities after encountering a brilliant visually impaired student during my undergraduate years. This student's determination inspired me to create a more inclusive environment when I became the Southeast Regional Director for law students in Nigeria. Working closely with him, I learned about the challenges faced by students with disabilities and was motivated to help.

This young man's story became the inspiration for Lawsanaid, and I'm proud of the progress we've made in supporting law students with disabilities in Africa. Our success wouldn't be possible without the incredible Lawsanaid team and the support of our sponsors, partners, volunteers, ambassadors, and benefactors.

To our community members, remember that disability is not an inability, and your dreams are valid. Thank you for being part of this journey.

To those visiting our website, welcome! We hope you're inspired to join us as a volunteer, benefactor, partner, or in any capacity. Together, we can achieve the Lawsanaid vision and contribute to the UN SDGs!
